WHo We Are

We are team of social workers who formed a non-profit organization to work towards addressing the socio-economic challenges in Uganda especially in rural communities. We are focused on implementing sustainable interventions that help vulnerable groups such as youth and women including those with disabilities to transform their lives through empowerment programmes.  We believe that skills development is one of sustainable ways of empowering these key social groups in the communities.

The organization is committed to bring about sustainable change by providing vocational skills that are aligned with what the labor market demands. Our organization firmly considers that enhancing human capital for Uganda’s most vulnerable populations, particularly the youth who make up the majority of the population, is essential to attaining inclusive growth that accelerates poverty reduction. The organization activities are crucial to eradication of poverty (SDG1), ensuring healthy lives and wellbeing (SDG 3), quality education (SDG 4), empowering girls and women (SDG 5), and partnerships (SDG 17).
